Use
Diclofenac is used to treat Pain, Inflammatory disorders, and Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation, typically involving abdominal cramps).
Common Side Effect
Diarrhea, Constipation, Stomach pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stuffy nose, Itching, Increased sweating & Blood Pressure.
Precaution
Consult your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as :
Severe stomach pain, skin rash, swelling of the face, fingers, feet, or lower legs, unusual bleeding or bruising, unusual weight gain, black & tarry stools.
Class of Drug - Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug (NSAID)
Route of Administration - Oral, Rectal, Intramuscular, Intravenous (renal- and gallstones), Topical
Biological Half Life - 1.2-2 Hours (35% of the drug enters Enterohepatic recirculation)

Use
Paracetamol is a medication used to treat pain and fever, Osteoarthritis, Low back pain, Headaches, Postoperative & Dental pain, It is typically used for mild to moderate pain.
Common Side Effect
Acute overdoses of paracetamol can cause potentially fatal liver damage, Allergic reaction, Nausea, Stomach bleeding.
Precaution
Precaution should be taken by patients with Kidney & Liver impairment. Patients with Peptic ulcer, Gastric disorders, Hypertensives should take Carefully.
