Use
Methotrexate (High Dose) is used to treat number of Cancers include breast cancer, Leukemia, Lung cancer, Head and neck cancer, Cervical cancer, Ovarian cancer, Lymphoma and Osteosarcoma.
Common Side Effect
Nausea, Feeling tired, Fever, Increased risk of infection, Low white blood cell counts and breakdown of the skin inside the mouth.
Precaution
It is not recommended for pregnant women due to the risk of birth defects & also in patients with the existing liver disease.
