Use
Bortezomib is a Cancer chemotherapy drug, It is used in the treatment of Multiple myeloma and Mantle-cell lymphoma.
Common Side Effect
Fatigue, Weakness, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Poor appetite, Constipation, Tingling and Numbness of feet and hand.
Precaution
Precaurion sholud be taken by patients with History of Diabetes, Bortezomib may alter the blood glucose levels and may also increase the risk of new-onset diabetes mellitus. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.
