Trypsin 48 MG + Bromelain 90 MG + Rutoside 100 MG + Diclofenac 50 MG

TRYPSIN 48 MG
Use
Trypsin is used in the treatment of pain and swelling.
There is some evidence that chymotrypsin might decrease tissue destruction in burn patients.
Taking trypsin by mouth seems to be effective for reducing redness and swelling associated with hand fractures.
Common Side Effect
Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhoea.
Precaution
Avoid use during Pregnancy & Breast feeding.

BROMELAIN 90 MG
Use
Bromelain is used for reducing swelling (inflammation) especially of the Nose and Sinuses after surgery or injury.
Common Side Effect
Nausea, vomiting & Diarrhea.
Precaution
Bromelain is not recommended for use in Pregnant women and people with bleeding disorders, high blood pressure and liver or kidney disease.

RUTOSIDE 100 MG
Use
Rutoside is used in the treatment of pain relief.
Common Side Effect
Headache, Flushing, Rashes, Stomach upset, Blurred vision, Dizziness & Irregular heart rate.

DICLOFENAC 50 MG
Use
Diclofenac is used to treat Pain, Inflammatory disorders, and Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation, typically involving abdominal cramps).
Common Side Effect
Diarrhea, Constipation, Stomach pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stuffy nose, Itching, Increased sweating & Blood Pressure.
Precaution
Consult your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as :
Severe stomach pain, skin rash, swelling of the face, fingers, feet, or lower legs, unusual bleeding or bruising, unusual weight gain, black & tarry stools.

Route of Administration - Oral, Rectal, Intramuscular, Intravenous (renal- and gallstones), Topical
Biological Half Life - 1.2-2 Hours (35% of the drug enters Enterohepatic recirculation)
Excretion - 40% Biliary, 60% Urine
