Use
Paroxetine is used to treat Major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, Post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder & Premenstrual dysphoric disorder. It has also been used in the treatment of Hot flashes & Night sweats associated with Menopause. 
Common Side Effect
Drowsiness, Dry mouth, Loss of appetite, Sweating, Trouble sleeping & Delayed ejaculation. 
Precaution
It may increase the risk of Suicidal thinking & behaviour, Agitation, Hallucinations, Shaking of the hands or feet, Consult your doctor immediately if any of these symptoms are experienced on a regular basis.

Clonazepam is a medication used to prevent and treat Seizures, Panic Disorder, and for the Movement Disorder (Neurological conditions that affect the speed, fluency, quality, and ease of movement) known as akathisia. 
Common Side Effect
Common side effects include Sleepiness, Poor coordination, and Agitation. 
Precaution 
It may increase risk of suicide in people who are depressed. 
If used during pregnancy it may result in harm to the baby.
