GLIMEPIRIDE 2 MG 
Use
It is an orally available medium-to-long-acting Sulfonylurea Antidiabetic Drug. It is used to treat Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by increasing the insulin production by the pancreas. It is used for controlling high blood sugar and also helps prevent kidney damage
Common Side Effects
Include gastrointestinal tract disturbances, allergic reactions, skin rashes, itching, rarely blood production disorders including thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, and hemolytic anemia.
Precautions
It is not used for type 1 diabetes because in type 1 diabetes the pancreas is not able to produce insulin. Avoid if you are taking Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (salicylates), thiazides or other diuretics, anticoagulants (warfarin) and antifungals (miconazole, ketoconazole). Alcohol consumption and exposure to sunlight should be restricted because they can worsen side effects.

METFORMIN 500 MG
Use
Metformin is the first-line medication for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It is also used in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
Common Side Effects
Includes gastrointestinal irritation, diarrhea, cramps, nausea, vomiting, increased flatulence; metformin is more commonly associated with gastrointestinal side effects than most other antidiabetic drugs.
Precautions
It should not be used in those with significant liver disease or kidney problems.

PIOGLITAZONE 7.5 MG
Use
It is used to lower blood glucose levels in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 either alone or in combination with a sulfonylurea, metformin, or insulin.
Common Side Effects
It can cause fluid retention and peripheral edema. It may cause anemia, mild weight gain is common due to increase in subcutaneous adipose tissue, headache and tooth problems.
Precautions
Pioglitazone cannot be used in patients with a known hypersensitivity to pioglitazone, other thiazolidinediones or any of components of its pharmaceutical forms. It is ineffective and possibly harmful in diabetes mellitus type 1 and diabetic ketoacidosis.
