Sabal Serrulata is a homeopathic medicine used in urinary and sexual organ symptoms. It is made from the plant called saw palmetto. Great general weakness is experienced by the patient. The following are the complaints that can be treated with Sabal Serrulata Urinary Bed wetting with constant desire to pass urine in the night Paralysis of the sphincter of the bladder. There is pain during urination Inflammation of the urinary bladder (cystitis) Male Prostate is enlarged with great urinary difficulties Discharge of the prostatic fluid Loss of sexual power with pain during ejaculation Female Breasts are not developed Ovaries are tender and enlarged Behavioural changes in female with suppressed or perverted sexual thoughts.
Dose:
15 drops of Sabal Serrulata mother tincture in half a cup of normal water twice each day for 3 months unless otherwise prescribed by the physician. Can be taken along with allopathic medicines.
Precautions:
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor garlic onion coffee hing.
