Use
Domperidone is used in the treatment of Antiemetic (preventing Vomiting), Nausea and to promote Lactation (breast milk production).
Common Side effect
Headache, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Nervousness, Flushing, Trouble sleeping, Stomach cramps.
Precaution
Precaution should be taken by patients with low level of potassium (K+) in the blood serum, Kidney & Liver related diseases.

Bioavailability - Oral: 13–17%
Biological Halflife - 7.5 Hours
Excretion - Feces 66%, Urine 32%, Breast milk small quantities.
ESOMEPRAOZOLE 20 MG
Use
Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor, It is used in the treatment of Heartburn, Acidity, Intestinal & Stomach ulcers.
Common side effects
Diarrhea, Nausea, Flatulence, Headache, Decreased appetite, Constipation, Dry mouth & Abdominal pain.
Precaution
Consult your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects :
Chest pain, Dark urine, Severe allergic reactions, Fast heartbeat, fever, severe stomach pain, unusual tiredness & yellowing of the eyes or skin.
