Use
Chlorpheniramine is used in the prevention of the symptoms of Allergic conditions such as Rhinitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nose, caused by a virus infection (e.g. the common cold) or by an allergic reaction (e.g. hay fever)
and Urticaria (a rash of round, red weals on the skin).
Common Side Effect
Common side effects of Chlor-Trimeton include Drowsiness, Dizziness, Blurred vision, problems with memory or concentration, Dry mouth/nose/throat, Nausea, Stomach pain, Constipation.

Common Side Effect
Acute overdoses of paracetamol can cause potentially fatal liver damage, Allergic reaction, Nausea, Stomach bleeding.
Precautions
Precaution should be taken by patients with Kidney & Liver impairment. Patients with Peptic ulcer, Gastric disorders, Hypertensives should take Carefully.
