Use
Dicyclomine is used in the treatment of abdominal pain or Bowel syndrome [common disorder that affects the large intestine, bowel syndrome commonly causes cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhea and constipation].
Common Side Effect
Dry mouth, Nervousness, Weakness, Nausea, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Blurred vision.
Precaution
Precaution should be taken by patients with Pregnant women & Lactating mothers. Because its known to "impair mental alertness or physical coordination", those taking the drug should "avoid driving or operating machinery until effect on [the] individual are known".

MEFENAMIC ACID 250 MG
Use
Mefenamic acid is used to treat mild to moderate pain, including menstrual pain and is sometimes used to prevent Migraines associated with menstruation.
Common Side Effect
Stomach pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Constipation, Diarrhea, Rash, Dizziness.
Precaution
Precaution should be taken by patients with Asthma, Renal & Hepatic impairment.
