As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare salt formulation is banned for sale.
NIMESULIDE 50 MG
Use
Nimesulide is used in the treatment of Fever, short term pain (for dental, post operative & muscle), primary dysmenorrhea (period pains).
Common Side Effect
Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Flatulence, Indigestion.
Precautions
Nimesulide should never be taken long-term, as for chronic conditions such as Arthritis.
This is due to its association with an increased risk of Liver toxicity, including sudden hepatic failure.

Route of Administration - By mouth, Rectal, Topical
Biological Half Life - 1.8–4.7 Hours
Excretion - Renal (50%) & Fecal (29%).
PARACETAMOL/ACETAMINOPHEN 125 MG
Use
Paracetamol is a medication used to treat pain and fever, Osteoarthritis, Low back pain, Headaches, Postoperative & Dental pain, It is typically used for mild to moderate pain.
Common Side Effect
Acute overdoses of paracetamol can cause potentially fatal liver damage, Allergic reaction, Nausea, Stomach bleeding.
Precautions
Precaution should be taken by patients with Kidney & Liver impairment. Patients with Peptic ulcer, Gastric disorders, Hypertensives should take Carefully.
