Use
Ibuprofen is used primarily to treat Fever (including postimmunisation fever), mild to moderate pain (including pain relief after surgery), painful Menstruation, Osteoarthritis, Dental pain, Headaches and pain from kidney stones.
Common Side Effect
Heartburn, Rash, Headache, Bloating, Gas, Diarrhea, Constipation.
Precaution
It is unclear if it is safe in early pregnancy, it appears to be harmful in later pregnancy and therefore is not recommended.

Use
Paracetamol is a medication used to treat pain and fever, Osteoarthritis, Low back pain, Headaches, Postoperative & Dental pain, It is typically used for mild to moderate pain.
Common Side Effect
Acute overdoses of paracetamol can cause potentially fatal liver damage, Allergic reaction, Nausea, Stomach bleeding.
Precaution
Precaution should be taken by patients with Kidney & Liver impairment. Patients with Peptic ulcer, Gastric disorders, Hypertensives should take Carefully.
